Why We Built This Site
Oregon gives the public access to many court and county records, but the path depends on the office that holds the file. Douglas County Circuit Court handles civil, criminal, custody, divorce, probate, traffic, fines, and jury records. The Douglas County Clerk handles marriage licenses, recordings, archived county records, domestic partnerships, elections, vital certificates, and DD-214 recordings. The Sheriff's Office manages jail booking information, while Justice Courts and Roseburg Municipal Court handle some local violations and lesser matters. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for those offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
