Douglas County Marriage License Steps
The Douglas County online marriage application starts the license process, but it does not finish the license by itself. The Family Law Resource Center is at 1036 SE Douglas Ave, Room 201, in the Justice Building at the Douglas County Courthouse. The center provides approved forms and facilitator review by appointment. Forms are available 8:00 AM to noon Monday through Friday. Filing hours are 8:00 AM to noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The facilitator cannot give legal advice, strategy, or predictions about what a judge will do.

Public divorce records may be limited when child-related details, protected addresses, abuse-prevention information, adoption material, juvenile matters, or other confidential filings are involved. Party names in free public search are limited, and personal identifying information such as Social Security numbers and addresses is not shown.
